Meet Our Team

Dr. Sandi Ybarra is a licensed and certified Doctor of Audiology with over 30 years of experience. She has specialized training in advanced hearing technologies, including Bluetooth and telecoil connectivity. She offers very personalized compassionate audiological services that are customized to meet your hearing and lifestyle needs. Her approach to solving hearing and communication problems is to include the family in the process.

Dr. Ybarra grew up in the small farming community of Warden, Washington. She has been married for over 35 years to Gregg. She has three sons: Rhett, Rhiley and Rhoman, and a very old pet rabbit. Dr. Ybarra enjoys traveling, especially to locations with sun and water. She also enjoys her herb garden and barbequing with friends in her back yard.

Dr. Colette Vossler-Welch is a licensed and certified Doctor of Audiology who graduated from the Graduate Center, a part of the City Universities of New York. She is bi-lingual, with American Sign-Language as her second language. Her audiology background includes balance testing, tinnitus treatment, pediatric testing, aural rehabilitation and advanced hearing instruments. Being an individual with profound hearing loss, who also wears a hearing aid, makes her exceptionally passionate about helping others hear their best. In fact, breaking her own device nearly 10 years ago landed her a job working as an audiology assistant in Corvallis, OR that started her journey to become an audiologist.

Dr. Vossler-Welch grew up in Coos Bay, OR. She moved to Eugene last summer (2020) with her husband, Colin and son Fenix.  She enjoys camping but not during the winter like her husband! She also enjoys walking, hiking, snowboarding and most outdoor activities.

Natalie Chalmers was born and raised in Sacramento, California. In 2020, she moved to Eugene to pursue her education at the University of Oregon where she graduated in the spring of 2023 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences.

Shortly after graduation, Natalie began working as an Audiology Assistant at Hearing Associates, where she supports patients in their journey to better hearing and communication. She is currently in the process of training to become a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. She is pursuing a career as a Hearing Instrument Specialist because hearing health is often overlooked, yet it has a profound impact on the quality of life and is eager to educate individuals.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Jackson, hiking, boating, and paddleboarding. A fun fact about Natalie is that she has years of experience within the floral industry and worked as a florist during her years in college.
